Work Location: In person

Position: Part-time Office Manager

Duties:

– Oversee day-to-day operations of the office

– Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment

– Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings

– Greet visitors and provide them with necessary assistance

– Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner

– Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

– Ensure office policies and procedures are followed

– Supervise administrative staff and provide training and development opportunities

– Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking

– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role

– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

– Strong organizational and time management abilities

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
